On Tuesday 18th October, our network teams scheduled an upgrade from OmniVista Cirrus 4.6.2 to 4.7.1.
Unfortunately, this upgrade did not happen as planned and our teams needed to revert to 4.6.2.
Our teams worked tirelessly until the service got fully restored. And all OVC instances are now active.
