Planned Maintenance - All OV Cirrus instances

The upgrade of OV Cirrus to version 4.5.3 was completed on 3rd April 2021.

We are currently investigating a sub-system issue that affects LDAP policy downloads to wired devices (switches) only.

All other services and systems are functioning normally.

We will update the status as soon as the cause is identified and a fix becomes available.

As of 4-Apr-2012 this issue has been resolved and the LDAP policy management sub-system is functional.

Resolution of the OVH data center fire incident

Dear Customer,

As mentioned in prior communications, the OVH incident has not affected the OmniVista Cirrus (OVC) core functions. However, you may have experienced some inconvenience managing your OVC licenses. We trust that our customer support representatives were able to assist you while the Subscription Manager application was unavailable. We are now happy to report that the Subscription Manager application has been fully restored. You can now resume normal workflows when managing OVC licenses.
